HEART RATE BASED INTERVAL TRAINING
Our heart rate monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. Our members burn an estimated 500 to 1,000 calories in one 60 minute class, no matter their fitness level, and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours.**
At Orangetheory, you’ll get the energy of a group workout with all the benefits of an experienced personal trainer like: motivation, attention, and technique tips. Our coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals.
A WORKOUT FOR EVERYONE
Backed by the science of Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption (or EPOC), our interval training is designed for seasoned pros and beginners. Your unique heart rate is monitored, so your output is never measured against anyone else. Our experienced coaches provide options that allow you to modify movements to work around any physical issues. Set your own pace, and watch as your heart rate monitor tells you your level of exertion. Take it slow - or test your limits. The choice is always up to you.
Top-of-the-line equipment, pump-up music, and passionate trainers make the Orangetheory Fitness environment the most energetic fitness classes around. Our studios have 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 suspension unit systems, free weights and benches for sessions of 10 to 24 people, as well as bike and strider options. Each studio has separate men’s and women’s change rooms and showers for convenience and comfort. Lockers, courteous staff, and state-of-the-art equipment complete the OTF experience.
